Follow up 2AmberLike I stated previously, I have used your location to return Amazon packages in particular, for the last 7 years and not once have been asked to take back the box, now maybe that was incorrect for the other sales associates to keep the boxes but that has in fact been my experience. If that is the new policy that is fine but It doesn’t negate the fact that your sales associates were rude to me in the store and yes the male associate did follow me, a female customer out to my car and threatened me in the parking lot and exchanged words with my husband who was in the car. Which I might I add was something that was extremely dangerous for him to do(now my husband and I, are law abiding citizens) but the point is your male associate does not know what type of people we are. To follow a customer out to the parking lot and have a confrontation with that customer and their spouse, does he even realize the potential harmful situation he put himself in. All of this over a box!!! Now your sales associates could have just responded, hey we realize that maybe because we’ve thrown it away in the past we could accommodate this once but after this, we won’t be able to. But I’m not surprised given that they even refused to throw away another customer’s plastic grocery bag( I’m sure you saw that review) I realize that a plastic bag is not that same as a box but again it’s the way your associates are choosing to treat your long time customers, it not a good look. Lastly it doesn’t negate the fact that one of your current sales associates( Larissa, still don’t believe it wasn’t her) did mock the review on Facebook. Look obviously mines is not the only review stating how rude and unprofessional your current employees are, I surmise that you probably stay in business because your UPS store is the only one in Jeffersonville. But I guess you would rather keep your rude employees, just don’t be surprised if your business suffersOriginal reviewThis store has gone terribly down hill, there has always been issues with understaffing and long wait times, but now in my most recent experience when I went to return a package, the sales rep refused to accept the box the package was shipped in, and I was told that if I leave the box that I would be cited for littering. I have never in the 7 years that I have used this location been asked to take the box the package was shipped in back with me or threatened like this!!!! There used to be 2 older reps that worked in there, that were always nice and efficient, which is why I continued to use this location in spite of the aforementioned issues. The 2 rude employees that are in there now as of 3/2024, i will now avoid this location like the plague !!!Follow up 1The UPS Store 4063 @The UPS Store Once again I wanted to reiterate the rudeness and utter lack of professionalism of the current staff that is working at this particular location, as you can see from the Facebook post your current sales rep Larissa Mattingly left a laughing emoji under this review that I left, which is how I am able to now identify that it was her and another male associate that was in the store that day. The fact that she did that at the same time identify herself as a UPS store 4063 employee on her profile just shows you how much she obviously doesn’t care about the reputation of the company she works for. As a professional myself, I could never expect to be able to threaten a client then mock them on social media and think I could keep my position, she doesn’t even have the common sense to not identify herself as an current employee on her page, this is ridiculous behavior on her part.

I visited this location and had an issue with an employee. He goofed around in the back while I was waiting and when a woman arrived he practically sprinted to the front counter to assist her. I find his behavior both problematic and disgusting. When I brought this fact to his attention he felt the need to attempt to correct me. This employee was wearing a nametag with the name Finn printed on it. This was at around 4:50pm March 4th.

Please inform Finn of what a great asset he is to this store! ?His Customer Service skills and friendliness, made it so much easier for us to send out a package that became a hassle for us. He helped us email the shipping label and send out hassle free . Thank you Finn and The UPS Store

I have went to the stores location for months now. Simple thing. Just need to mail something and have it signed for. The first lady who was helping me who was obviously new was very nice and polite and respectful. We had a good, nice, friendly conversation. She ran into an issue with the computer so she called over the store manager. Carlos. Carlos was the most rude disrespectful person I have ever met. I was trying to explain to him what I needed to do and he told me they did not do that. I explained to him that I have been doing the same thing every month for probably 12 months and have never had an issue at the exact same store. He then told me that I was incorrect. I told Carlos I have the receipt at home if you would like for me to grab it and bring it back so you can see what I'm talking about. He told me I can take my business somewhere else. When I looked at Carlos and I said are you serious? He told me to leave the store. I will never come back to any location due to this. I have also canceled my business account with UPS. Due to this. There has been numerous complaints on the gentleman and nothing is being done. Therefore, I will not continue to support that UPS store when they support employees who are disrespectful to customers.

Crooks and thieves at this location. Tried to tell me I needed to pay for an extra box for them to repack my package just because I needed insurance

We have used this drop off many times over the years, with great results. Everyone there so far, has been friendly. They can pull up the shipping label from your phone and print for you, if you don't print at home. Basically in and out service. Thanks for all you do.

I was in there the other day sending some packages for my small business and Larissa was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me and teach me all the different methods I can use to send my packages.

Always such a pleasant experience at this UPS. Larissa is so friendly, helpful, quick and patient when i don't have everything situated at first. Truly seems to care for customers. I'd give 10* if i could!
