Tried calling the local branch to discuss opening a Money Market Account and savings for our employees. No personal service available, over the phone is automated and no opportunity to talk to a real person! If they want my money in their bank, they're going to have to do way better!

I will never use U.S. Bank EVER AGAIN.I have talked to several representatives who have been kind. However, this is so ridiculous of a situation.I initiated an external transfer through their “secure” mobile banking app from my one account to my other bank account.It was a decent amount of money.They took the money out of my account quickly. As soon as I initiated the transfer.3 days pass and I still do not see the money in my other account.I call the local office near me and explain my concerns of not seeing my money,After that call , they send an email saying my transfer could not be completed “due to a technical issue on our end”. That email also stated my funds should be back into my account.IT IS NOT AND STILL IS NOT.Now they’re telling me it could be up to 10 business days until the money is back into my account. So due to an error on THEIR end I am out a large sum of money since Monday July 10 to this day on Monday the 17th. And now possibly 10 days after.You are a bank that made a mistake and you are holding MY money. Why am I getting penalized??Be careful with ya banks.I don’t typically ever make posts like this. But I am so over spending energy on something I did not mess up on.

There are so many people that are so helpful and very nice at this branch couldn't ask for better employees at a bank and at this location it's perfect for us

Very nice people, very professional very kind. The bank however has somehow made my account negative hundreds of dollars when I expected hundreds of dollars to be in my account. Apparently my check that was given to me directly at my place of work then i took it directly to them, its some how lost or something, I don't really know and today's the third day that my account is negative with no answers.

Usbank, kindest people, fast service, incredible hours, no hidden fees. Seriously, whats to think about? Been with them for years hope to never switch. Husband's bank was pnc he seen the difference and joined me. Now he's he is happy with a bank too, for the first time. Poor guy thought they were all like PNC. Nope almost all though. Go with USBANK!
