I had a simple postage need- walked in with no envelope and part of address. The two clerks were nice, patient,laughed at my bad jokes and got my flyers in the mail. Cant ask for more.

Completely mishandled my mail. Left a notice in my mailbox for the 9th telling me to come pick it up. Then returned it to sender the following day on the 10th before I could pick up my package at all. Very frustrating

Terrible, dropped off multiple packages here and its been days later still no updates. My sales are being cancelled and lost there as a result.

I'm truly surprised by the negative reviews here, although I do know mail problems can arise. I've had a post office box here for many years, and the staff have always been exceedingly helpful and courteous.
Is there sometimes a wait?--well yes, but some customers need more time to conduct their business. Or--when everyone tries to mail their holiday packages in the same week.
The issues I have had do not stem from this location, but due to deliveries being routed to other hubs first and then delayed. Here, they will even help bring heavy packages to your car or lend you a tote if needed. I've never left this post office location frustrated with the service I received.

I haven’t had issues with this post office until my area got a new mail carrier who decides to pick and choose who mail gets delivered if they deem the mail box to be even remotely “inaccessible”. After my wrecked vehicle had been parked on the street for a month with no issue, she suddenly decided that it’s actually in the way, which it isn’t. This was in January, the vehicle also has a dead battery which is why we haven’t been able to move it. My husband and I have full time jobs and it’s been difficult to find the time to move it when we aren’t having rain or snow. But that’s not the only problem. I was supposed to have a package delivered, something that needs to be left at my door, and on Saturday it was supposed to arrive. The petty mail carrier, who has flipped me off before while passing my house, did not attempt delivery and immediately had my package sent back and did not even give me the chance to come pick it up, which is what is supposed to be done when delivery is unable to be completed. This specific mail carrier services the neighborhoods between the quarry and Dutch Ln. This is part of the reason why the postal service is failing, because of locations like this with rude, lazy, and unprofessional people.

Had a great experience with postmaster (Marie?) and the team at Jeff post office! Had 6 baby chicks shipped from a hatchery and they helped hold the package so I could come pick up at the office when it arrived & the babies didn’t have to ride in a truck all day getting cold and hungry.
All the chicks are happy and healthy! Thanks so much Jeff post office!

My package wasn't even attempted to be delivered. We were home sick and the windows were open and no usps even came by. Then they chose instead the postal office a couple miles down the road to make it go to here which is almost an hour drive for me. Seriously what's the point of a postal service that doesn't deliver. I don't even know why I would've had to sign for it anyway. It wasn't electronics or anything crazy expensive, heavy or oversized. You all are a useless service at this point. Do better

If I could rate this place zero stars I would!!!! For the past 2 years I've had consistent issues with non-delivery of my packages. I often get notified that 'attempted delivery' was made and that I have to pick up my package. Well they never even TRY to deliver the package. I've made so many complaints and nothing helps. Everybody in this place should be fired. Today it has happened again. I was literally near my door packing bags all day and nobody showed up. Meanwhile they can simply leave a box at my door no matter what. Sometimes the package will show up the following day with the other mailman. It seems that the lady in particular is super lazy when she's on duty. Whenever it tells me a notice was left, there are none. So I know you guys are lying.

An absolute joke. Get off of your rear end and deliver my mail and packages that you have been sitting on for two-and-a-half weeks now. Answer your phone too. Stop closing my cases without any resolve. You're lazy and unprofessional. The snow back on 1.5.2025 is gone and the roads have been clear since the 9th. So, continuing to use that as an excuse is a lie.

I want to like my local post office and some of this issue is not exactly their fault.
Package shipped on 12/13. Should have arrived at my house by 12/17. Didn’t actually make it to Louisville until 12/18. Stayed there without moving until 12/23. All day they kept changing the time for delivery but skipped my house and said I had to go pick it up at the post office.
(Photo added…) even after getting back home from the post office this is still what the tracking information says.
Now I am here and they say it is in the truck for delivery. Really?!?
Some great service. I know it is the holidays but you are running a business. I cannot stop servicing my customers because it is the holiday or a busy tie of the year.

The postal service phone line is awful. If I could give them a 0 I would. I have called several times trying to speak to a person. I tried using the automated system and all it tells me is my package is delayed. Then gives an option to report for investigation. When I tried that it tells me the address is incorrect and I need to check it and call back. If the address is incorrect then why is it that I sent 2 packages at the same time from the same post office to the same address. One package arrived 2 days ago and one is lost. After finally being put on hold for 35 minutes to speak to someone the post office calls and a recording tells me my package is delayed and give them a few more days. I am going to the post office.
