The incompetence and bush league performance of the USPS is truly unbelievable. How does a service dedicated to sending/shipping items screw up so badly. I shipped an item on 2/20/2024, estimated delivery 2/22/2024. The item is still in the Jeffersonville processing facility. When an issues arises and you open a service ticket it takes 2-3 days for them to respond, how does this help when the items is already 4 days late. I should have paid for priority but paying 300% more for the same thing to happen is asinine. Supervisors at the Post Office get paid very well, it must be based on seniority and not performance because a 2 year old could do a better job at running the Jeffersonville facility Too bad I can't give out negative stars.

This location has thieves on their payroll. My wife's grandfather mailed out multiple Christmas cards from this location, in person, to multiple locations around the US on the same day and every single card was ripped open, had the money/checks stolen, and then taped back up and mailed out to their destinations.This is a federal location that is hosting employee(s) that are commiting felonies and the managers appear to not care in the slightest when he went up to complain. No compensation or solutions were made.

This is the worst place ever ! I spent 30$ on a mailbox key and I just moved in ! And they didn’t even give me the right key ! They say I have to wait a week to get in my mailbox ! So all my other mail might get sent back ! Like are you serious!

Me and my wife recently moved here and are currently trying to get the lock changed to our mailbox. George (the individual responsible for this) told us if we submitted the paperwork Monday 09/25/2023 that it'd be changed Tuesday 09/26/2023. It's currently 09/28/2023No one answers the phone when called. This establishment is lazy and fails to meet their own standards. We've beengiven the run around multiple times. Do better.

GILLIAN is rude as hell . I went in and she assumed she knew what I needed, gave me incorrect info and had to get back in line . Then when the other worker had me step up so Gillian could help he explained what I needed and she rudely threw him my package and said well you can do it. Wow never in my life have I had this experience here, the gentleman is always so nice and helpful

I didn't go in. I'm hoping to use a P. O. Box, if I can afford it. The location is convenient for working in the area. The library is close enough to visit, too.

I’m constantly having to go to pick up my orders inside because they just miss my stop due to forgetfulness or laziness. I always track my orders and see them “out for delivery” just to be updated to “available for pick up” moments later. Super inconvenient when they update it right before they close.

I’ve NEVER had such horrible issues with USPS as I’ve had since moving to Jeff and I’ve lived in a lot of different towns and states. I just don’t think they care at all! Maybe they’re illiterate?? Either way, they need all new management.

NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I use the USPS to ship anything I care about. The WORST possible service you can imagine and NO ONE will answer the phone to help or take responsibility. Don't give them your business. Let them go out of business so all their LAZY employees have to get a real job!

One star is it. They wont answer the phone. my mail gets delivered to another house ( we have the same house number, diff streets), those people cannot even walk around the corner to bring it, they either keep it or mark it " not at this address". my husband caught the driver one day, she had a package and mail, she wasnt even going to drop, said she didnt know if i was the right person!! ( 17 yrs here!!). still havent received tax documents, just now receiving january's sewer bill..returned to sender!!. i'm fed up with these drivers. funny thing is , the house my mail goes to belongs to a fed ex driver!!!

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and I am located in Jeff, they delivered it to a house in Clarksville.. I don’t understand.. not hard to read an address.. it could of been something sentimental and now I will never have that item..
