I had such a great experience at Smokers Outlet in New Albany! Crystal helped me out and she is amazing — she knows the entire store, all the prices, and has actually tried the products herself. That made a huge difference because she could tell me exactly what to expect flavor-wise and quality-wise, which you just don’t get at most other shops. The atmosphere was really welcoming, even the other customers were friendly while I was there. Prices are fair, and with Crystal’s knowledge and great recommendations, I found exactly what I needed and I love it. Definitely my new go-to spot!”
“Great selection of wine, spirits, beer, and hard cider. Smokables and vapes and accessories all reasonably priced too. I especially love that they carry Urban Artifact fruit beers and plenty of hard ciders and seltzers too. Andy always takes excellent care of me when I'm looking for a good bottle.”

“I tried this business for the first time the other day. I originally went to the Middletown location. The male employee here was such a breath of fresh air. Very friendly, willing to go above and beyond to help since what I was looking for was out of stock at this location but he made numerous calls to other locations in hopes of finding what I wanted. I just can't say enough about how nice it was to have an interaction with an employee that was so outgoing. Thank you for all your help and a big applause to the person that hires and trains the employees because I had to travel to another location a little further away but again, everyone at the Poplar Level Rd. location was so wonderful to interact with. They were a little busy but they just took their time with each guest and never missed a beat and then as walking out the door after my purchase every employee said "thank you and have a good day" The price is about the norm I have paid at other places but not complaining. I will say, I have never wrote a review like this but it made such a lasting impression I just had to let everyone know.”

All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They will take their time to help you find what you need.
