“Stopped in for the first time after having lunch to look at what options they had and first and foremost was really impressed with the customer service. Preston was super friendly and helpful throughout the experience and with all of my questions.I am about 8 years into my journey around health and fitness and tend to be pretty particular around supplements or items I am willing to use. Preston was super knowledgeable and did not try to push anything. He talked me through the mechanisms and reactions the body has around certain ingredients and why they may or may not be helpful for me.What stood out was the passion for what he does and wanting to help and talk to people during their journeys. The authenticity is refreshing in a business model that normally tends to push any product that can add to their profit margins.”

“Yes I would recommend this location to anyone. I would definitely choose this GNC to people who are maybe not well versed in physical fitness and health issues. The representative that day we (my boyfriend and I) dealt with was Jeff he was knowledgeable about his products more than I've ever seen in a health store before. He was also extremely careful to explain that any and all things should ALWAYS be run through your Physicians Office. He answered all our questions with well thought out, easy to understand suggestions and ideas formatted to each of our separate questions, concerns, and out dated facts. He could have sold us ocean front property in Arizona in the hour he spent with us, but he gave us the information we needed in a clear and down to earth way and although he knew we were hanging on every word he still advised us to visit our doc's, write everything down and he would help us get started. We are in our 50's and not knowledgeable in this area, so it was extremely refreshing to meet a salesman almost definitely working on commissions advise us to do things the safest way for us and not in a way to put money into his pocket without any regard to the consequences. GNC needs about 100 more like Jeff. I also want to mention the young man who was working with Jeff he was polite and took care of a constantly ringing phone, stocking, and other duties so Jeff could give us his full attention. It was refreshing to have such a pleasant customer service experience at this store. It is few and far between you deal with high caliber people like we did. I hope the GNC Co. recognizes what an asset these 2 young men are to their brand. Bravo!!! We are going back on January 2nd for a plan and the products we need to be our best. Will update after our visit. Wish us luck!”

“Thank goodness for the new manager Andrew bringing this location back to where it once was. I've been a GNC customer for 20 years and a customer of the Clarksville, IN location for over 12. The previous runs of managers were rude, unhelpful, and left the store out of stock and in shambles. However my last few experiences at this location have been the complete opposite. Attentive and helpful service, properly stocked and priced inventory, and a willingness to help make it work when things do go out of stock or on back order. Had you asked me a year ago I wouldn't have said this, but I highly recommend this location now above most GNCs in the area. After dropping down to once or twice a year from weekly or at worst monthly visits, I am glad to say I will be returning to this store more often.”

“GreatLooking to help a friend, who has a health issue, what he needs is on line for an outrageous price. I know if I.called they would have it or something similar. They didn't have the item, but did recommend a couple other items available in the store. Something called Replenish to help people to heal better with burns, cuts who dont have Amino Acids, and suffer from last Vitamin . $20 , $30 better than $70 or $80 for the other product only available on line. Check them out 1st”
