Dropped off a paper copy prescription today. 4 cars in front of me. 25 min later I was at the window. Was told it would be ready in a few hours. Within an hour I received 4 automated calls and 4 text messages stating one prescription was being processed and one was not ready for a refill per my insurance company. It was the same medication I had just dropped off. One prescription, no refill. And they close at 5pm. Open at 9am. I'm not sure if they are short handed or what. If it was a covid-19 test or vaccine I'd bet it would get the utmost attention. Walgreens is a pharmacy. If they can't stay open long enough for people to get off work they should rethink what they are in business for and decide if they really want to continue half a**ed or get their s*** together and fix their the problems they are plagued with. I don't blame the employees. I'm sure they are doing the best they can with what they are given to work with. Corporate America at its best. They are all playing a shell game these days and they su** for it.

Made a account just to leave this review, I do understand Covid has taken a toll on most businesses but waiting in a line of 2 cars to pick up a prescription taking around 45 minutes is insanity. Go here for anything else but getting your prescriptions.

We were in the area my family wanted to stop and get some snacks and drinks so we went into this Walgreens. It was a pretty decent Walgreens didn't have some of the items that we needed the shelves and things but overall we got the drinks and snacks and was on our way

Was in the drive through line when I had an emergency and had to leave. I asked the car on front of me to move as I had cars stacked behind me and concrete barriers to my right. The pharmacy tech told him within earshot of me “oh she’ll be alright.” Really? Without knowing the nature of my emergency at all. Luckily the nice family behind me cared and scooted enough back that I could 7 point turn my way out. Rude, dismissive and definitely not customer care. I’ve been going here for almost 3 years and I know the tech who said this. I’m incredulous. I’ll go anywhere else first.

I got my covid shots here. The pharmacists were so nice and helped me feel calm (I'm not a fan of getting shots haha). The rest of the store has a run down vibe, but it's got the stuff I'd expect for Walgreens with pleasant staff.

I was tasked with completing a last minute photo project to make small photo obituaries for the balloon release of my young cousin who passed away suddenly. I normally use the other walgreens in town, as they are closer to my home, but they were unable to print the project in the turnaround time I required. I am so glad I called this location, as the associate who helped me, I believe his name was Matt, helped ease my stress during an incredibly trying time. I have had prints with less than stellar quality before, but Matt offered to assess the quality and give me a call back if the small font on my photos were unreasonable. He put me at ease that the photo would be readable and appropriate to pass out. He also completed my order well before my promise time. I was very impressed and relieved to have had a smooth process during our time of grief.

Always nice when I go to pick up a prescription at the drive thru.

The pharmacist was abusive with language and was high on something.
