We have been with Walgreens on Holman's for past year and half and were very satisfied at first but past 6 months problems getting refills, saying have to order and recent pharmacist not on duty during their times so you can't get your meds.

Do not go to this Walgreens. Refused me service before they were closed. My grandpa’s could die without his medication and the best they can say is sorry we’re ready to go home as 5 people are standing around with their hands in their pockets.

Still the worst pharmacy in town. Wait in line for 15 minutes only to be told I can't get a Sudafed because "the pharmacist is out, and they have been short 2 techs every day this week " The technician also told the gentleman in front of me that they can't transfer scripts from one pharmacy to another and he needs to contact his doctor. That's completely incorrect, they just don't want to do anything that remotely resembles work.

I have not ever had a problem here. I wish I could respond to others comments because some are misinformed or have unrealistic expectations.
When you have “insurance issues” that isn’t Walgreens fault, that is your doctor not getting the proper approval from the insurance company so they can’t fill it. Have your insurance company call on your behalf and they can get it for you.
As far as people upset about them closing for lunch, it is clearly marked at every location and if you call it is mentioned several times and also marked on the app. They are open for so long, make a better choice and go at a different time. They deserve the same basic rights that we all do.
I doubt this will be seen by those who need to but posting on here doesn’t educate yourself with what is happening. Computers can only do so much. The workers don’t personally handle every individual prescription.

Always closed during normal business hours. Eight years ago Walgreens had 24hr pharmacies... Drug prices always the highest without insurance.

The pharmacy phone system is so bad it seems intentional. You have to explain everything to one person then get transferred around to other people and finally, it hangs up on you after you have been on hold forever. When you call back the process repeats.

I have been trying to get a medication since Tuesday (4 days) for a medication that the store does not have in stock. Today the pharmacy is closed due to no pharmacist available. The pharmacy is not open on Saturdays so I won’t be able to get the medication tomorrow either. I have tried to call other Walgreens but have been unable to get though. This has been an ongoing issue with medications not in stock and lack of pharmacists to cover shifts.
