“The employees here have been A1 since before day one!!! Purchased a new mattress, the day the Kendallville store received it the customer service reps in the store were so helpful and kind. Their delivery schedule was super packed, so the store manager delivered our mattress themselves same day so we didn't have to wait for the delivery people! 10/10 will recommend and will definitely be returning for future purchases!!!!!”
