“Chase was a pleasure to work with and allowed for me to get the SUV that was best for me. Thankful for his patience with our decision and look forward to do business and service with the dealership close to home and work.”

“Our car dealer referred Mike and Jenn for an ongoing seat issue in our car. Such sweet, honest people! Jenn is incredibly talented at upholstery, and was very kind, patient, and determined to help us. Our job was small compared to the amazing things going on there, but we were treated the same. It was so fun to meet them, and we loved the mini tour of the shop and seeing all the classic car restoration in progress. You can tell they are well trusted by car collectors! Thank you again!”

“Went in to pick up some oil for my vehicle. Was met with the best Serviceman I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. His name is Mark, super friendly, soft spoken but straight to the point. Best service I've ever had”

“If I need a part, whether it’s for a riding lawnmower or a car or truck I may be working on, I always check here first, because if they don’t happen to have it in stock, they can get it, and usually not have to wait a week or two! Respectable prices too!”

“This is a great store with the store manager and assistant manager helping me out immediately. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The specific part I needed was not in stock, however, they had it delivered from another NAPA location and in my hands within three short HOURS, not days. This was at no additional cost. Top notch service. I was highly impressed.”

“Bill at Advance Auto Parts gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He didn’t just try to sell parts — he made sure I understood my options and felt confident before I left. You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like Bill are the reason people come back. He absolutely deserves recognition and a raise for the level of professionalism and effort he brings every day.””

“I've been meaning to leave a review for a while. We have used the Kendallville Walmart Auto service at least 5 times. Walmart had a reputation for not being the best, but I've been pleasantly surprised Everytime we have come here. Everyone has been very friendly. I had an issue one time with a completely flat tire due to hardware rusting. I had my baby with me. I walked over to Walmart and they were very kind and squeezed me in last minute and even went to the Walmart gas station where my tire went flat to get my car! I usually order my tires through the app and set up service that way. I ordered the wrong tires for TWO cars earlier this year and they joked and were super kind while canceling the transaction, etc.. My husband had an issue last week with our other vehicles tires going flat. He asked me to write a good review (which I've been meaning to do anyways) because he was impressed with their friendliness and service. I hope this place is always like this great job guys!! (And ladies) :)”
