“So i Have to Bragg on a lady at Midwest America FCU. Back before Christmas this last year 2025. I was looking to buy a vehicle looked for a short while and found what I felt was the one. Reached out to Midwest because I just love the way they do business had them on a few loans before and wanted them Back . I spoke with Jessica Ladig there and absolutely can't be happier with how professional and comfortable she made me feel through the process of the loan she did so much right over the phone and in text back and forth to get it all taken care of . I decided to do a second loan to consolidate and again Jessica came through for me in a pretty wonderful way she was able to save me a few hundred dollar's a month in payments with one lower monthly payment. Jessica did an amazing job working with me on this loan just a wonderful experience.”

“I use the ATM. Easy to see from the Main Street. The parking areas, are clean and well maintained. Well lit at night! ATM is located behind the building, 1st lane, next to the building. ATM is easy to use. Clean screen. Well maintained lanes. Wel lit at night.”

“I use the Kendaville branch and the staff is absolutely wonderful they are always so kind and smiling and if they don’t have the answer they will find it for you! The only problem I have with the bank is they are a small bank so there are only three ATMs that are even remotely close to my area. Lake City charges a three dollar fee for using any other ATM plus whatever fees that ATM charges even if a Lake City Bank ATM is out of service. Those fees add up! If they could provide more ATMs maybe one in each town nearby or waive that fee It would be 5 stars!”
