Was checking if peanuts in yet but not. Having sale on Gourmet bird food. Picked up vinegars-distilled and apple cider which saved a trip to the grocery. Picked up $1 bag of popcorn for birds.

Had an item ordered for pick up didn't get to it in time so they refunded me to charge me a month later and tell me some dude who I don't even know and didnt have listed as my pick up person picked up my order and was charged for it. Customer service has given me the run around but to me it sounds like some shady employees gave one of their buddies my phone number to pick up the order.

Ok well I kinda get why every one of the stores put gun department in the back of the store to avoid smash and grabbing. BUT TO PUT HANDGUN AMMO BEHIND A DISPLAYED CASES AND WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR AMMUNITION TO THE CALIBER OF GUN HE HAS ON HIS SIDE AND WALK FREELY AROUND THE STORE IS A BAD IDEA .I'm not exactly a poster child for the upscale lifestyle person. If you are looking for a place to get good quality clothes for a good price. Rural king is the place to go. They have stanley cups. Milwaukee, Ariat, Wrangler, dog toys, kennels, leashes, power tools, food, and so much more. If that's not enough they even have FREE POPCORN yes they have free popcorn. They have chicks, rabbits, and great price on feed. Rural king Always has easy parking. Great customer service, and the rewards program is easy and simple. It is so easy to earn points and rewards each day. Oh also they have guns, if you are looking to buy a new gun check out your local rural king and see what they have. If you wanna save money shop at rural king.

I want to commend Elizabeth back in the bunny and chicken area. She truly loves those animals and it shows. Other Rural King sites do not have a good reputation for taking care of their animals but every time I have gone in to check the bunnies, they are clean, well fed, and happy as they are flopping in their cages. This Rural King was even willing to take in Baby bunnies from a mother bunny who was dumped in the woods. The proceeds from the sale of these bunnies is going to the humane shelter. Who does that? I cannot thank this store enough for their care and compassion! I AM A FAN! Please pass these compliments on to Elizabeth and her higher ups! And please continue the good humane work with your animals!
