Manager was very polite acknowledged myself as I entered the store and answered any and all questions I had on a certain boot on clearance and even went the extra mile to bend down and get the boot in the right size so I could purchase it as I had back surgery And was unable to bend down and get the boot I wanted to purchase... read full comment
