“I’m from Indy so when my tire light came on a Friday afternoon I was concerned I’d be stuck for the weekend. I took it to the Best Tire Shop and they fully checked out my tires and all I needed was air and didn’t charge me. Even took of the tire light where other places tell me it would turn off after driving it 5 miles. Thanks guys!”
“Well, first of all, I wanna say that I had a very good experience. The overall corporation of Tire Star took care of me very quickly, efficiently and safely. I had a situation on Highway 69 and the Kendallville store sent a guy out to change the tire. He was very professional. He was experienced and he was safe. He quickly had me back on the road again and I ended up going back to the Wolcottville store to have the tires fixed . Dawayne really took care of me. Without asking he made everything right, was very fair and I couldn’t appreciate the response to my issue any better. I would highly recommend dealing with these guys and this company. “We got a flat on our way to Frankenmuth l, wife googled a tire place in the area and Tire Star came up. Wife called and they told her bring the car and we can have you back on the road within the hour. We went there and within the hour we were back on the road.They were great to us.”
