Was passing through while driving to Nebraska when the car's low tire warning lit up. Filled it at a gas station then checked for why it went low and found what looked like a nail stuck in the tread. Not being sure how long it would hold air I looked up tire service shops in the area, Best-One was the first I called. Was informed they could get it done that afternoon. When I described the situation, the rep told me to bring it in. Within five minutes after arriving at the shop, the car was on the lift and the tire was being taken care of. After 20 to 30 minutes from start to finish I was back on the road.

I had a situation on Highway 69 and the Kendallville store sent a guy out to change the tire. He was very professional. He was experienced and he was safe. He quickly had me back on the road again and I ended up going back to the Wolcottville store to have the tires fixed . Dawayne really took care of me.
