I transferred mine and my daughter’s perception to the Kendalville Walgreens after my local pharmacy quit taking insurance and I’ve had nothing but problems from them. They either can’t have the rx filled when the automated system says it will be filled, or they didn’t fill the whole rx, or the pharmacy is temporarily closed. After this last temporary closing where they closed the pharmacy for the whole weekend with absolutely zero notice before closing and I was unable to get my rx until Monday after work, I decided to switch to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy technicians at this location are so knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate being able to call in a prescription and be able to speak to them. Highly recommend this pharmacy

This store is very clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful, and I almost always find whatever it is that I went to purchase.

Been going to Walgreens a long time. They are quick to fill prescriptions and figure out any insurance problems. Staff is very friendly. Never had any problems here.

Always playing waiting games with prescriptions. Have to have prescriptions called in multiple times before they are filled. Call days before and be told yes prescription is there and will be ready only to be told we're still working on them come back in a half hour. Then you come back in that time and they either tell you you don't have a prescription or we don't have enough to fill prescription. Husband went in and confronted them about one of his prescriptions and told them we would be moving to a different pharmacy they told him good. Really don't know what happened to this store.

I have been a frequent customer of the pharmacy department for a number of years, I have always been treated will a smile and warm welcome, have never had a problem with any of the techs. Or pharmacist. I find them always going the extra mile to be helpful. The same goes for all the employees that work on the floor.

Very poor customer service in the pharmacy department. Providing wrong number of meds, refusing service to those in line, failing to provide all medications prescribed. Will not ever get prescriptions here again.

This pharmacy is a joke. I was in drive thru for a hour and finally got my medicine. The service is unhelpful. They need to find good help or need to train the employees more.

Very poor customer service. Phone calls are horrible. Hang up after you wait forever. Call back and wait more. Usually takes several calls and lots of time to get through.

Not very educated pharmacist working there. I was looking for vitamin D3 and I have been asked why I want to give vitamin D3 for my kid? Telling her it's healthy she said that here is more sunny so kids get vitamin D3 from sun. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. Maybe that lady should go back to school and learn some more. Dear lady 90% of humans bady should be exposed to sun many hours a day to vitamin D3 reach the level what is needed.Not the best experience there, not educated stuff, not very helpful. Going to visit competition next time.

Always takes for ever to refill scripts. Get scripts ordered in morning still not ready after 3 pm customer service is terrible makes you come back for scripts when you only have one to be filled .had to keep calling hospice nurses to get them to fill a script that was already ordered why can't they get organized
