“I never feel the need to leave reviews anywhere but I felt like this needed to be said. There’s an employee at Kentland Bank named Joe, and every time I go through the drive-thru — whether my son is with me or not — he always puts a sucker in the canister for him. It’s something small, but it means a lot to me. My son gets so excited when he sees it, and those little moments turn into memories. Joe probably doesn’t even realize how much that gesture sticks with me. It’s a reminder that there are still genuine people out there who go out of their way to be kind without expecting anything back. As a dad, stuff like that hits deep. Just wanted to say thank you. That kind of thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed — it matters more than you know.”
