I have NEVER had a hard time returning anything from DG . Until now, I Tried exchanging a product that I was not happy with. I bought 2 fabrezz like spray, non aerosol, they smell horrible. I went in and asked if I could exchange for different ones. The one bottle I sprayed 2 times and was enough to cause me a headache, the other was NEVER even sprayed. Both you could see where clearly full! She said no because I had already prayed the one. Now I have seen ppl spray stuff in stores to smell what it smells like, now tell me how is that any different, other then the fact that I paid for mine. So I called another DG and explain the situation. They said to bring it to them, because customer satisfaction is priority. Catch on Kingsford Hights. Very disappointed in in your store!!!!!

This is the closest dollar store to my house it's walking distance so it's quick and easy the clerks are always working if they aren't at the register and assist you pretty fast

Typical DG. Nobody is lazy there, I always see the employees stocking,moving and cleaning up after local slobs make their way through. Sometimes they have what you're looking for and Sometimes they don't. They even sell dice to roll .

It’s a great store to shop at the shelves are always stocked nicely the staff is very friendly the girl with the dark brown hair is a little rude but other than that the store seems like one of the best dollar general’s I’ve ever been to.

To expand on someone else's complaint the milk does taste like it's weeks old. It is horrible and disgusting also staff is too lazy to ever answer the phone when you have a question or want to see if they have something. Cinstantly goes to an answering machine and never anyone behind the counter to ring you up or do their job pure laziness.

Always clean with open isles. Employees are friendly and usually busy. Hard to understand a management that would expect a single employee to be alone at any time.

New Store in Lovely Kingsford Heights. Friendly staff, and although they are new and sometimes hard to get products in and stocked they have greatly improved in that aspect and I expect that there already close to being the best Dollar General experience near the La Porte area. Love the fact that it is closer to me so I can bike to it on Country Roads and pick up some stuff for the family.

Milk taste weeks old with new dates on it. Must be recycled milk from the previous weeks, will never buy milk here again 2 times iv tried in the past week same horrible tasting milk both times whole and 2% both nasty
