I purchased a phone today from a different Verizon store. They transfered everything from my old phone. When I got home I was locked out of my new phone. I when back and was told there was nothing they could do. I was advised to take my brand new phone to a computer repair shop. I instead went to True Communications. They had my new phone fixed in minutes. I wished I had went to True Communications first. I won't make that mistake again.

Very Very Poor Service. Always being told that they will phone you back if you have a problem. Nobody phones back ever. And on top of that, after 3 days, they tell you: Sorry, we cant help you.
