The cashier is in need of some lessons in customer service. She is a young lady who has no idea where things are and is rude. She gives the impression she is doing the customer a favor by being there to check them out. I have visited your store twice in the last week and I won't be back. The young lady who came up to help may have been stocking shelves or working in another area but she was pleasant and obliging and was a much better representative for your store. Maybe they should change places.
