“I was on vacation and noticed an issue with my key fob, stupid on my part but I did not want it to be an issue being over 4 hours from home. I stopped in for some help with it, I thought I might be the battery. I talked to the parts guy, sorry I did not catch his name, but in my opinion he went above and beyond. He put a new battery in it, I said what do I owe you - he said don’t worry about it. OMG and that is exactly why I drive a FORD and have for years. When a stranger walks in and get top notch service and doesn’t get charged, now that’s customer service. So to the parts guy at the Knox, Indiana Ford dealership -
