Or bill pay takes 10-14 days for you creditor to receive payment way PAST the guaranteed date.
Ready to find a different bank or switch to a credit union and stop using the banking system.

Key bank now I understand why your slowly disappearing. You won't even cash your own checks. They call that fraud where I'm from and you guys should be locked up down to the janitor.
The Intent to deceive that's what you crooks are doing when you put your key bank logo on a check and tell me I can't cash it because it's over 1500.

Worlds worst bank deserves a lower rating for how difficult they make everything. Unheard of policies, even ex employees turn a side eye to this branch. The walmart bank is better and WAY less fees and people standing in the way of your money

This bank is ridiculous! Holds a paycheck thats $400 for 5 days. The 5th day comes and now they are holding it longer. The other bank has already cleared the money but keybank is saying they “cant” verify it when it’s already came out of the other account. And the other bank doesn’t understand why they are holding it at this point. Definitely dont bank with this worthless bank! They hold almost every check for no reason. It could be $50 and they would put a 5 day hold on it! Go to 1st source or bank of monteray!!
