“When my packages arrived there because I accidentally put one number wrong in my zip, the lady there was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient and so willing to help me. She truly made my day. And on top of it she kept track of it as it swirled around everywhere and when it landed back at their office again, she packaged it up and shipped it to me. This is what the world needs, kindness like her! I forget her name but it was a unique one, and beautiful! Thank you for helping me!”

“We had an appointment today to get our passports. We were early so we sat and listened as Stacy at the desk worked through the line. The last older lady gave her a card to send without an address. Stacy questioned her and it was out of State. She looked up the address and the lady wrote it down. I think this was normal transaction. The older lady thanked her and walked out. I was shocked with this kind of service. Stacy talked us through the passport process because we’ve never had one before. You have a Jem in that one!”
