I Love AA Auto Body. From the moment I contacted them, Kelly the secretary and Aaron the owner handled every detail with professionalism and ease. When questions came up about more things needed to be fixed on the car through insurance to fix it Aaron handled it perfectly. I would only ever use AA Auto Body, they are right on the money, and my vehicle was done in a very short time and it was perfect. This is the place to go to have your car fixed!!

Would not recommend this body shop, said job would be done in a week, took over 3 weeks and i still have to go back because they ain’t finish the work. communication skills 0/10. they dont know how to communicate with their customers, it took me actually Physically going into the body shop for me to know what’s actually going on with my car. The receptionist Kelly, extremely rude, every conversation we’ve had she’s had a horrible attitude, hung up the phone on me and made a bunch of smart comments in person. Once i finally got my vehicle from them, there was damage to the inside of my vehicle. They make excuses and just overall very unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars i would.

New to the area , went searching for a reasonable shop that would work with me on my repair. Highly recommend this shop, they were honest about the repairs needed and delivered on time and worked with me on my budget. Professional, friendly service with excellent attention to detail, Couldn't be happier with the results, my car looks better than new.. THANK YOU GUYS♥️

We trusted our family car with this body shop and they did a half decent job. I unfortunately got hit while being parked and the person that hit me was kind enough to wait around and pay upfront based on a quote given by AA Autobody. We dropped the car off last Monday 8/12 and we had to call for an update on Friday 8/16. I was told that they just noticed the part around the tire may need to be replaced but it was going to cost an extra $80+. I was patient and told the person that’s unfortunate because the person that hit me had already paid us based on the quote. He said that they didn’t discover it was damaged until they started working on it. I just got my car back over the weekend and I realize that part should have been ordered and replaced to begin with no doubt about it. I’m no car repair person but you can clearly see it was badly repaired to save the shop money. Not to mention they charged $900 for this repair. When my husband picked up the car they promised to give him a call back with how much the part was going to be. They never called us back. It’s clear they realized they had screwed up and didn’t want to take responsibility.
I do not recommend this shop. Take your car elsewhere. I’m pregnant and due at any time and making another expense on something that was not my fault is not fair. Please see pictures of the before and after. Pictured last is a picture of the other side with how the car should look and the one circled is how the shop left it. Very disappointed.
I’m sorry you guys “missed” this clear repair on the quote and didn’t do your job right in the first place. No thank you on saving me money on labor. We will have someone more qualified doing and getting the job done right.

Fender bender; Insurance work; No big deal, in and out. More than one year out after the work, apparently the subframe of my car rubbed against the A/C rubber hose and blew out the A/C - right in the dead of summer! Wife and baby out of a cool car. Gave AA Autobody a call, as the frame was not quite restored to original position after their initial work (that's the subframe was rubbing on the hose). They honored their warranty, got me in, fixed the A/C and now I'm driving cool again. What great service! Wife and baby also very happy. Thanks, AA Auto Body.
