Amanda is great, she helped me a lot as a first time homebuyer, she helped me look for houses that met my criteria. Once we found one, she helped a lot with negotiations. And then she was a big help suggesting inspections, it ended up saving me a lot of time and money. I would 100% recommend Amanda to a first time homebuyer!
