Kokomo AT&T - Brian was very knowledgeable, personable, and made me not hate my life being there. 🤘🏻 aka it was quick and painless. I am glad I sped walked to get to the door before another lady or I wouldn't have gotten Brian being the person to help me, she would have. 😜

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I walked in and wasn’t greeted. No one stood up to help me and I was ignored and when I was helped they were being rude to me. DO NOT COME IN THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED.

Here in kokomo,at the att store, different salesman sell different rate costs to different customers. That's right no fixed plans like every other cell provider, if you get salesman matt or Cindy your gonna get different prices, I got no copies of my contract, or account number or my pin.

Their internet - you don't get a disconnect date. After 10 days roughly they will shut u off. Even after you pay the current balance - 2 days later you get shut off. I stated I have proof from their chat about agreements. They refuse to fix it. Please fix this issue. Bern a customer for a while. Transparency of a day month and year - is the proper way to handle things with contracts...every utility give you a due by date - a pay by date or disconnected the following month. Yet they shut u off like a bad landlord. Also i can't see what the charges until after a payment...
They treat u crap - then wanna set up autopay....I wonder why

Went inti the Kokomo store to try to get a cheaper plan . The fellow that helped me told me that he couldn’t find one . He was so rude . We went to T mobile. They were very helpful.
