Horrible banking experiences. Forget about using the app, it's useless. Nothing but one problem after another trying to access MY money! Direct deposit and still waiting 2 days to access my account. Disputed charges EVERY month. RUN to any other bank and avoid the headache!

Client service is exceptional. Monthly fees are reasonable compared to other local banks.

The atm ate a large amount of money I tried to deposit. They said they couldn't do anything about it since they don't count the atm. I had to wait 10 days for them to fix it which caused my account to go negative since i has things pending. I was charged a $75 NSF fee because my account was negative on their doing.
