Truthfully wish I could give zero stars. The lady at the counter through my fiancés NEW phone across the counter leaving scratches on his camera lenses. Then proceeded to try to charge $70 to activate a SIM card. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

The girl with the nice nails was really professional & helpful. My phone was done for. She helped me with my lil upgrade and getting a new phone super fast. Not to mention tending to other customers. I didn't get her name but she knows who she is. thank you for making it easy as possible & having good customer service!

I was in such a pinch and in desperation and Amanda at ur Kokomo in store helped me so so much!!! She got me out the door with TWO phones for less than $200 and I'm saving over $200 (came from ATT, was paying $300/mo for 4 lines, now 2 lines for $80 👍🏻) I just couldn't be happier with my service, it took me yrs to change ( was with ATT for over 10 yrs) and am completely satisfied with all Amanda has done!

The black girl working tonight was rude and even with boost support on the phone she still refused to give me a sim card because she didn't want to have to do her job not happy at all and they wonder why people don't like them

The big girl behind the counter was rude and very vulgar and told my daughter she would hit her with her brass knuckles all because she asked her to watch her mouth around little kids. Would recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Amanda is great but the African American girl who just hung up on me and was very rude and told me to go to cricket wasn’t. She didn’t even let me finish my question before she hung up on me she should NOT be in customer service and no it wasn’t Z either. Amanda is the glue in that store the best but this girl today can drive customers away.

Vthey were nice as can be til they got my money came back with an issue and now im very dissatisfied young lady in there was very disrespectful had boyfriend in there with pants hanging down past his rear end kept interrupting me tried try to charge me for something that is supposed to Free from Gov now I'm stuck without a phone or eligibility they got me revoked from Afgordable Conectivity Program beware of this store I'm gonna find a different store

Great phones and service if your on a budget or not able to get service thru a contract company.
