“I would like to report an excellent customer service experience I had today with Mike at the Kokomo Lowe's. I was having difficulty finding color match shingles for a minor roof repair. Mike went out of his way to find some spray paint and conducted an experiment there in the store to see if the shade could be slightly altered. The roof repair went well and I am thankful for Mike in the Lumber and Roofing department.”

“I have been buying from Richards building supply since before they moved to their new location at the old Big R. I have been buying a lot more on a regular basis the past couple years now. All of the guys there from inside sales to the warehouse are all awesome. They have never once had me unsatisfied with their services. Whether it's calling for information on products, putting an order in, fulfilling the order, to delivering the orders to my job sites! I have been so happy with their business, when I get sales calls from other suppliers I don't even think about switching. Even if they offer a titlel better price. They treat everyone, even the little guys, the same as the big guys!They're doing so good they are expanding to new locations throughout the Midwest.”
