I have been to this dealership multiple times looking to purchase a car. First off, there is a total of 3 vehicles I am looking at purchasing before the end of this year. Despite my previous bad experiences with Button Dodge and all the rumors I have heard from friends, family, and coworkers. I decided to give Button Dodge one last try. My experience today has greatly changed my entire opinion on ever using Button Dodge in the future.First of all, I found a vehicle I was interested in purchasing a week ago. I called and spoke to Annah. I told her what I was looking at. Gave her the stock number from online. She informed me that I would have to wait until Monday to get any type of information on this vehicle since this vehicle was not on your lot. She claimed it was at a different dealership even though it said located at Button Dodge Kokomo on your website. That was fine. Monday finally came and sure enough I received a phone call that the screen was cracked on the vehicle. When I asked which screen (dashboard or entertainment screen) she had no knowledge on the vehicle and said she would reach back out the following day after she had more information from the other dealership. Two days passed and she finally called back blaming the other dealership for their lack of communication. Long story short, a few more days had passed and she messaged me with pictures to verify that the screen was cracked but still worked and informed me that she had the vehicle there. Great! I told her I could be in to look at the vehicle in the morning. Since it was later and I couldnt be tied up at a dealership when I needed to pick my children up from school. So we set an appointment at 10:30am the following day. At 10:10am that morning, as I was walking in the door I received a text message from her informing me that she was still with her previous appointment and that I should come back later that afternoon. I told her I literally just walked in to the dealership. She said that was fine, I could work with Christian since she was tied up. Okay, not a problem. Then we learned that the vehicle was not even on your lot. It was at a different lot across town and was told to go there to see it and speak to Chris or come back later that afternoon and she could work with me. I then informed her that we would just go there and look at it ourselves and work with Chris. With little to no instructions on where this other lot was, other than "over by Wal-Mart," not even a name. It took twenty minutes for me to find this other dealership.When I arrived at the Chariot Buying center. There were 2-3 gentlemen standing outside talking. The moment I put my vehicle in park, they all disappeared inside. When I walked inside. Everyone had disappeared except for one gentleman, making himself a cup of coffee. I told him I was looking for Chris. He informed me that was him and that Annah called him about 10 minutes ago to inform him that we were on our way. I told him what we were there to look at. He said that vehicle sold last night. Even though it was sitting on the lot with no other signage informing anyone of the change in availability to that vehicles status. Not even an online change in status. He said they had another vehicle similar on the lot if I wanted to look at it. I told him what my criterias were on a my vehicle search. He said that vehicle was none of those things and left it at that. I am extremely disappointed in not only the lack of communication on everyone's part here but also the extreme waste of my time from the very beginning.

My experience with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. With multiple issues at hand, these are the two that I am choosing to share to protect other potential car buyers from the failures and malpractice of this business.First of all, I came in to purchase a car, with a pre-approval in hand. The dealership had me fill out some paperwork, as expected, however RAN MY CREDIT AGAIN, to get me a “lower rate.” And now I have two hard inquiries on my credit. That should NOT have happened as I had a pre-approval in hand.As of today 8/24/2023, I am now 45 days out from purchasing my car on 7/10/2023, and the TN DMV has yet to receive the title of the car for me to be able to register it.I am livid and wish I had never bought this car. The dealership has not done anything to assist with fixing the issues we have experienced.I do not recommend this dealership, take your business elsewhere.Edit to add in response to dealer: FALSE. I had preapproval paperwork IN HAND. I never spoke to a clerk, you are completely making up a story here. If I didn’t have the application finished how could I possibly have a pre-approval in hand, I still have the paperwork, it said my next step was to take my pre approval to the dealership. Why did I have to explain two hard inquiries on my mortgage application one from Bank of America (my pre-approval) and one from button dodge? If there was supposedly information I didn’t provide, why was I not told by the dealer to get that information to my bank in instead of the dealership running my credit for a SECOND time which could have and should have been completely avoided.Regarding the title work, I’m done trying to explain the story to you, you clearly were NOT the person we spoke to when we were at the dealership. Trying to call me out on a google review stating “if I recall” is obsolete when YOU were not even there. I choose not to share any further information under Google reviews to protect my family. However, if you are trying to tell me that I’m “responsible for knowing their individual state’s laws when purchasing motor vehicles out of state” the issue is with the lien regulations NOT the state laws in regards to that information. And regulations about the lien that was provided in assistance from the dealership, that information should have been provided by you. You did NOT tell me on the day of the purchase of the car my husband could not be on the title, only a few weeks later. And if that was the case and I knew the day of purchase I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE CAR.

Worth the drive from Indy.Thad answered the phone and said, see you in an hour.Already had the vehicle washed & detailed waiting out front.During the process Thad was very attentive to my questions. Maybe could have saved a few $ in Indy (very few). The attention I got at close of business nonetheless was second to none.One little glitch appeared on the drive home.I called Thad and he immediately got me scheduled for service. This included questions re; finish on rims.Thad hit every nail on the head with patience and straight forwardness.Well worth the trip.

Best after the sale service ever! The salesman Ryan Olsen called to check in on me and found out it was time for my first service. I live about an hour away from the dealership so getting back over there is difficult for me. Ryan came to my house, picked up my jeep and took it in to get serviced!Highly recommend Ryan Olsen!

I had been working with Button off and on for a few weeks. I was working with Thad specifically, and he was great! Very quick with his responses, very knowledgeable, and when I finally was ready to buy the car he stayed after hours to be sure I had everything I needed and was very accommodating to me as I work an hour away and he was willing to meet me half way or even bring it all the way to me!Super thankful for all the help and support I received from Thad and Button staff. I love my new Jeep!

I have purchased at least 20 cars and trucks in my 70 years and can say dealing with Thad Bellow at Button Dodge in the purchase of my 2023 Ram 1500 was the most pleasant of all. There was zero pressure and none of the gimmicks used by many dealers I have dealt with in the past. He gave me several options as to financing/leasing but didn’t push one over the other. I have already recommended Thad to someone else and will not hesitate to recommend him and Button Dodge to others. Everyone I dealt with in my purchase, including Daulton in Finance, was top notch.

Wow, what a great dealer! Buying process was honest and quick. The sales rep, Thad, was knowledgeable and communication was great. His attention to detail helped ensure a few fixes on the slightly used car were fixed like new. Finance team was honest and not pushy. Will got out of my way to buy from these folks again!

Ryan was absolutely fantastic with us from start to finish. He was great with our 2 year old son that wanted to play with everything. We had to wait 7 days for our current vehicles registration and title came in and checked in on how everything was going almost every other day. If you want an great experience and fantastic customer service I would highly recommend Button in Kokomo.

I had a great experience working with Thaddeus when I got my truck. He was very professional and hard working to find a vehicle that was what I was looking for. The truly amazing part is the customer care after the purchase. I have spoken to Thaddeus several times to follow up and make sure I was still happy with my purchase. He even called to thank me after giving him some vacation ideas which we talked about at time of purchase. He cares for his clients and is more than “just a salesman”.
