The staff is nice and helpful. I received a ton of clothes for Christmas for my newborn and just wanted to return for merchandise credit to use when she is older but they do not give merchandise credit you can only exchange and after 90 days you no longer receive the price paid for on the receipt but lowest price. Frustrating return policy.
