We went in on a slow night almost no customers. We waited in store about 10 minutes to order but never got service. Finally downloaded the app to order our pizzas. After ordering it said 15 to 20 minutes and it should be ready for pick up. We left and came back about 25 minutes later and the lady had told us she is just starting them and to come back in about 20 minutes. We sat in the parking lot about 25 minutes got our pizza drove back home about 10 minutes away. Got back to the wrong pizzas. Tried to call to let them know and I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and deciding to eat the wrong pizzas.

Waited an hour for my pizza and cheese bread. When I finally got everything one of the pizza was made incorrectly and the cheese bread was raw. I had to drive all the way back to pick up the correct pizza. They didn't even offer to remake the cheese bread. Ended up having to throw it back in the oven when I was finally able to take the time to eat.

We love Casey’s pizza! The guy working tonight truly gave us a great experience. He was very friendly and had our pizza and cheese bread piping hot ready to go. It was beautifully coated with a layer of cheese and pepperoni. Didn’t look thrown together like other pizza places. You can tell he really cares about the customers. Please give this man a raise! We were there on the night of 01/07/2023.

I have order pizza from Casey's several times. I have never had a bad pizza from there till today. Half of the pizza had slices that were mostly bread and had some cheese twords the very end. All the slices had a a lot of crust, way more then on a normal pizza. I will give them one more try, if the pizza is anything like today's, I will not be ordering Casey's pizza again.

Usually it’s great pizza but here lately the pizza has not been cooked. The dough is raw and I’m not sure what they are doing but it’s usually wet as well. When I have to put it in my oven to cook it there is something wrong.
