Imagine trying to get a mental health script for 11 days and the pharmacy doing any and everything to keep you from it. This pharmacy treated me horribly while they lied and said they had no prescription for me. Turns out they’ve had it 11 days. After treating me horribly. Insinuating that I’m med seeking and sending me text that the script was already filled while telling me over and over they can’t. Both male pharmacy techs were absolutely disgusting to me. Tonight I finally got help but it will never redeem this. 11 days of being treated like I don’t matter and an addict. I WISH there was another pharmacy close that took my insurance. I would never step foot in here again.

This is a very friendly ,clean, fairly well stock store. Only problem is using the discount coupon they text or email me 9 out of 10 times I can't use them because they won't show up at time of checking out and the cashier is unable to pull them up either.

They never answer the phone, don't fill meds when they're supposed to, what is going on? I don't want to waste my gas going to the pharmacy when I don't know if my new meds are ready, and they won't answer the phone to tell me nor will they send the text telling me.

I appreciated the front clerk entertaining my grandson, who isn't talkative to name a character on the Lego Star Wars box I purchased that was 50% off while I quickly went back to get an item I forgot. She did this while serving others at the same time.

The store is pretty good. Vera and Helene on the Pharmacy team are great and very helpful, as is the store manager, Rob....BUT, the Pharmacy Manager, Kenneth Wait, has been VERY rude to me and lied about some things in the past. I feel that his interpersonal skills are very lacking, and I have seen him throw a prescription at a person rather than give it to them about one month ago. He has also shouted to me rather than come and talk to me. I was so stressed out and close to tears at the end of his tirade, that I could not remember my PIN number to check out and a Pharmacy technician had to offer her support as she could see I was clearly upset. I think he should go as his attitude CLEARLY violates CVS' s published policy on the way customers should be treated! I was also told by him that if I don't like the way he runs things, to go elsewhere!

When we started going here the ladies that worked here were super nice and extremely helpful, sorry to say since we haven't seen those ppl in atleast a year they replaced them with the rudest most unhelpful ppl ive ever met in my life. The head pharmacist there (older guy) is the worst. We plan on filing a complaint against him today. It seems like CVS tries to hire the rudest and most spiteful humans they can find because every single CVS in town is exactly like this one. So tired of the majority of the world acting like this nowadays.

Why does drive through take so long? Either drop off or pick up. Not drop off and wait. Employees are exceptionally busy and trying their best. But something is definitely not working right.

Awful pharmacy. It's an ordeal to get a refill every single month, usually ends up in them telling me they have it, I drive across town to pick it up, and they somehow don't have it? Same thing happened for the 3rd month in a row today, and it is my last straw. I'm switching to Meijer since I never have issues getting my husband's meds filled there.
