The store is pretty good. Vera and Helene on the Pharmacy team are great and very helpful, as is the store manager, Rob....BUT, the Pharmacy Manager, Kenneth Wait, has been VERY rude to me and lied about some things in the past. I feel that his interpersonal skills are very lacking, and I have seen him throw a prescription at a person rather than give it to them about one month ago. He has also shouted to me rather than come and talk to me. I was so stressed out and close to tears at the end of his tirade, that I could not remember my PIN number to check out and a Pharmacy technician had to offer her support as she could see I was clearly upset. I think he should go as his attitude CLEARLY violates CVS' s published policy on the way customers should be treated! I was also told by him that if I don't like the way he runs things, to go elsewhere!

When we started going here the ladies that worked here were super nice and extremely helpful, sorry to say since we haven't seen those ppl in atleast a year they replaced them with the rudest most unhelpful ppl ive ever met in my life. The head pharmacist there (older guy) is the worst. We plan on filing a complaint against him today. It seems like CVS tries to hire the rudest and most spiteful humans they can find because every single CVS in town is exactly like this one. So tired of the majority of the world acting like this nowadays.

Why does drive through take so long? Either drop off or pick up. Not drop off and wait. Employees are exceptionally busy and trying their best. But something is definitely not working right.

Awful pharmacy. It's an ordeal to get a refill every single month, usually ends up in them telling me they have it, I drive across town to pick it up, and they somehow don't have it? Same thing happened for the 3rd month in a row today, and it is my last straw. I'm switching to Meijer since I never have issues getting my husband's meds filled there.

Went in this morning for my kids second does COVID vaccine. I stood at the counter for more than 5 mins while the entire staff was there and at the counter. No acknowledgement at all. When they finally decide to act like they “see” me now it’s an argument about who’s not busy enough to deal with us. I said hey nothing like telling me you see me. Just say we will be with you shortly.The pharmacist decides this is her que to have a moment. She’s seen my kids before. Gave them their first dose two weeks ago. She remembers them. Asks where their shot record is. Refuses to give their vaccine. Starts in on me like I am a child. I explained my children are old enough they are grown ups. They don’t need me babysitting their shot record they are grown. Which produced her final answer of refusing to give them. I’m no genius but we are in a pandemic. Shot records are NOT required for this vaccine. I’ve been to 4 other facilities. I’m sure of this. She admitted as much. They didn’t need it. That’s what SHE wants while she goes off on her soapbox about how irresponsible I am. Won’t go back. I’ll find another facility who is HAPPY to give out the covid vaccine. But a pharmacist acting this way during a pandemic? UNACCEPTABLE WHEN PEOPLE ARE DYING.Pharmacist name is Allyn? A female.

I used to go to the CVS on Markland, and I never experienced good customer service/communication. They would text me that my Rx is ready, I’d get there, they’d tell me they had no trace of that medication coming in. This has been 6 days now I’ve been fighting with them for my son’s antibiotic. I switched to this CVS because it’s closer to my home, and let me tell you, Angie is an absolute angel! She went above and beyond to get to the root of our medication problem. We requested some over the counter medicine and she gave us several options to choose from. Not to mention, she was HILARIOUS. She made the dreaded “pick up your prescription” trip actually fun. Thank you Angie! You are awesome!!!

The drive thru pharmacy is very slow. I miss Vera working. She always got people through quick & was very nice! I've been setting here for 18 minutes & the same car is at the window! This is ridiculous!

The manager told me in the face that they didn't receive anything that day when I tried to pick up a package. And 10 minutes later when I was trying to get passport photo, he came back to me with a package and didn't even ask for identification.And secondly when I tried to get a passport photo, the lady kept playing with her phone on the side and ended up giving me a big photo and a scissor to cut them. She said no other thing she could do. I was MAD. This store shouldn't exist. None of the people there knows what he is doing.

I have been a customer for 30 years! Past tense! In the past 18 months I have had nothing but negative experiences, it took 36 HOURS to fill a very frequently used antibiotic. I was "promised" 2 hours... They will only fill half of a prescription and blame personal insurance on why. However, my husband has the exact same med, dose, and INSURANCE filled at another pharmacy for the entire 30 days. When asked why and how to rectify it they literally say "they don't know why or how to fix it" and insist the blame is on the insurance and referrals with the doctors office. Referrals that is their JOB to send and manage, not mine. They handled the referral when I was prescribed Vancomycin.... so done! ✌
