I am staying for about a month on a business trip.It is about 10 to 15 minutes away from SPE, the business trip site.There are many various stores, including large supermarkets and restaurants, within 10 minutes.The surroundings are quiet so you won't be disturbed after work.You can also rent a grill, so you can enjoy BBQ whenever you have time.What I am most satisfied with is the friendliness and quick response of the staff.Thank you to the staff who always serve us kindly.

It is being used as lodging at the Star Plus site.The staff's service is very good.Free breakfast is provided, and the room is old, but if you ask for it to be cleaned, they do it well.Thanks to the very friendly staff.

See i been here for bout two weeks now and ive had no issue with my room or the services they all here are all so nice and i felt safe here and like home here i appreciate all they helped and making my stay so nice and peaceful by far the best hotel i stayed in

zero stars. owners are rude , rooms smell, shower nasty, breakfast they speak of ? ? Clean towels look dirty Bunch of arguing and bickering. And where's my bf refund I heard them say he would get? So theyre thieves too? Ill keep checking the credit card

wish zero stars were an option- its a nasty filthy place. bedding was nasty, bathroom was nasty and the workers or owners there stink up the office. dont get me started on their pest problem- spend your money else where or go to a homeless shelter its cleaner.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets and blankets had hair and God knows what else all over them.The bed had I don't even want to begin to think what it was all over the side of it. The floors were filthy and look like they had never been swept. The bathtub and sinks were absolutely appalling and the toilet was even worse. I told them I wanted my money back and they said it would be 5 to 7 days before my money would be returned and I spent every dime I had just getting a room to get me out of the cold for a couple nights. I would never recommend anyone staying at this place I would rather sleep in my freezing cold car with no heat than be in this filthy place. Update: I never received my refund and I spent $1,600 at this hotel total and the people that work at the service desk are the most horrible people I have ever met in my life. My room was not serviced one time even though I asked for it to be and I had to get my own stuff all the time and change my own bedding and clean my room because clearly they don't know how to clean and I found a bed bug on the wall by the sink. I would never in my life stay at that place again or recommend it to anyone.

I came in to Kokomo Indiana due to work at the Battery plant, so I was there for an extended stay. When I entered the room I noticed a very foul smell. The room looked very dirty with prompt me to check the bedsheets. The bedsheets were very dirty the room felt really dirty so I decided to look under the beds There I found 2 pounds of dog poop I went and got them to see the dog poop. They immediately moved me to another room in the other room. There had been less dog poop, but still dog poop in that room. The microwave was rusted and even in the inside the rust hat cracked the metal exposing bare metal . I asked for a new microwave to be put in the room so I can use and was told that they didn’t wanna lose money, and there was not another room to take one from. The worst nastiest hotel that I had ever been in in my 15 years of travel, very disgusting and unkept

We had low expectations after getting a really good rate on our room, so we were quite pleased with our overall stay. We were simply looking for a quiet night of rest with a decent shower and this place checked all the boxes. The service was friendly and the breakfast, while nothing fancy, had enough basics to satisfy. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Received a call from this hotel around 9:30PM on the day of check in stating that they cancelled my reservation and had no availability so I could not re-book. They suddenly left me without a place to stay on a Saturday night with most affordable hotels already fully booked. This caused me a lot of stress.The man on the phone was constantly interrupting me for a full minute as I was attempting to explain to him that the times he had called earlier in the day, the phone call showed up on my phone as from "HMHI", not Days Inn. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Apparently if you book with Wyndham rewards points they cancel your reservation at 9PM if they can't contact you during the day. Guests should be made aware of this when the reservation is made. I was never informed of it. Having never heard of this kind of policy before, I believe it's in violation of Wyndham's policies. Wyndham has been notified.He had called 2-3 times but did not leave any voice mails. I get several spam calls per day so I assumed it was spam. Legitimate callers almost always leave voice mails. I finally returned the call after I happened to notice it was a Kokomo number. That's when he told me my reservation was cancelled and the hotel was full.I'm a Wyndham Diamond member and stay at Wyndham hotels frequently. This is the first time in my life I have experienced a hotel cancelling a reservation for no apparent reason. And it left me with nowhere to stay on a busy weekend evening.Fortunately, Wyndham's Diamond Concierge line was able to rebook at the same hotel. I was delayed by about half an hour being on the phone with them. The hotel told me they had no availability for me to re-reserve but magically they had availability when Wyndham called. The hotel did not look fully booked when I arrived shortly thereafter. Both rooms next to mine were completely quiet all night. Which leads to the conclusion the man from the hotel was lying when he told me they had no availability.After walking around the room, I happened to glance at my feet to discover a black residue all over my feet from the floor. Wear your socks when you sleep here!Not only is this the first time I have ever experienced the surprise cancellation issue but it's also the first time I have ever experienced black residue on my feet from walking on a hotel room floor. And I routinely stay at Super 8s and Days Inns.The pros: Night desk attendant is genuinely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I felt bad that she worked at this hotel. If she owned the hotel, I'm sure she would resolve both of these issues so they don't happen to future guests. There were no bugs in the room although there was some kind of grit/debris along the base of some walls and even in the sink. And they have a good security system and watch their cameras carefully so your car is very safe in their lot.

This room was so disgusting and gross quarter inch of dust all over everything the floor was dirty the blankets were dirty with stains just disgusting thank God we bring Lysol wipes we pretty much had to clean the whole room thank God we bring our own sheets in case of this happening but we could find no other room that's why we stayed

The service was excellent. All the staff are super friendly l, attentive and always willing to help. Free, hot breakfast, clean spacious rooms with mini fridges and microwaves. Id stay again!
