I’ve purchased from them 3 times in the last year and they’ve always been professional and transparent. Brian and Austin are stand up guys. If you’re looking for a quality product with honest people check them put. Even the delivery guys were careful and communicated well.

They are very helpful and are a decent price with a variety of different brands. If you find something you like chances are they can order it. I love that they show their price on the website. The only down side is when you look on the website it shows they don’t have a lot in stock which is untrue it’s a glitch in the system on the main brands side of it to no fault of their own.

We went to every furniture store in Kokomo looking for a new bed. There were only three places that even took time to ask us if they could help us find anything. Walls was one of them. John was very friendly and helpful. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They didn’t have the night stands I wanted but when I found them online, they ordered them for me. I went in to look at them and they hadn’t had time to put them together. Austin stopped what he was doing and put one together so I could make sure it was what I wanted. They delivered the bed and nightstand and put them together for us. The bed is extremely sturdy and we could not be happier .

We had a very nice experience here while working with John as we came in to look at a living room set. He said he had worked in the furniture business since he was a young teen, now celebrating his 80th birthdayHis knowledge regarding the differences in how various companies construct their products, the materials used, as well as other customers have reported with regards to how long their furniture lasted and showed wear. I don't think we could have found a more knowledgeable salesperson, and also, there was absolutely no pressure to make a sale. We shopped around in person and on line following our 1st visit and was unable to find a better deal, esp for the quality of the pieces we kinda splurged on, and we are very satisfied that we chose wisely. If I had any complaint at all, it would only be that although there were many dining sets that were absolutely gorgeous, the selection of bar stools was almost nonexistent. Otherwise everything from from 1st visit thru the delivery of our furniture the same week we ordered was all stress free. The young men who delivered our furniture were very respectful of our home and even offered to move around our existing pieces! All 5 stars, more added if it were possible! We highly recommend this business for your next furniture purchase!

My wife and I had a great experience with Walls Furniture in Kokomo, IN!! They were fast, easy, and even went a step further to provide a discount and free delivery for our non-profit organization!!! I’d highly recommend taking a look at what they have to offer??

we will never buy furniture anywhere else again. This place is family owned and you can tell immediately you’re not dealing with corporate anything. Customer service was above and beyond. We had a small problem, the owner took care of it immediately and with ease. They will match or beat any price so if you have looked elsewhere call them up it will be worth the call. Nice to see small business quality and care in todays world. Everyone was great to deal with from beginning to end. Salesman, receptionist, delivery guys and owner. Job well done.
