Occasionally there's trash on the ground but besides that very clean. Quite a few little stores, nail salon, great clips, Tokyo cuisine, Ups store and so on

I never went to CVS. I was at Walgreens which is just across the street. They offer military discount and also except Tricare insurance at their pharmacy. 😁
