Great place to shop if u can get down the isles and the store is cleaned up but otherwise good deals remember not everything is 1.25 anymore so heads up !

Kokomo Indiana store had a few things that I wanted on the shelf. The entire store has several items on shelf and cooler that say $1.25 then I was charged 5-6 dollars. Unorganized and false advertising.

a cashier very loudly called the other cashier “slow” and when she was addressed by a customer she told him to “mind his business”. so rude and embarrassing. and she continued talking badly about the customer and employee in front of everyone after he left 👎👎👎

Long line. Discriminated against me. Non white male employee was rude,Discriminated against me because of my disability and I told him he needed to stop but he decided to continue and bring up my disability, I didn't he did. I took all my things I bought back and got a full refund and I'm contacting the ada and corporate office. Can't get through some isles either. You broke a federal law. Treat your customers better and leave their disabilities out of things. I'll be filing a lawsuit this time because you're not only racist but discriminate against disabled people. You yelled and tried to belittle me and your manager did nothing but asked me what was wrong when I went to leave but let you keep running your mouth. You refused to give me your name as well and said you were dollar tree. Well, have fun. You should be fired and so should your manager. We won't be back to this location. They refused to return my items. By the way, your store policy is I can return everything within 30 days And you refused to take anything back. You both need fired. UPDATE: i haven't heard anything back so I'm going to file with the ada at this point. I was fair and gave you both enough time to investigate things and get back with me as I was told but I never heard anything and these things don't take that long to address. I pray this doesn't happen to another customer. Dollar tree doesn't care imo.

I went in to get a couple items and two people were working the registers. I went to the lady and she said her line is closed. Said she's been there for 6 hours with no break. Keep in mind there are 30 people waiting in line. She put her coat on and went outside to smoke a cigarette and left one person to run the register!!! I put my items down and walked out and sure enough she was outside smoking. She should've caught the line up before she went outside. I would fire her immediately! So many people walked out because the line was clear to the other end of the store! I will NEVER shop this store again. Her attitude sucked and she was VERY rude to the customers. Even yelled at someone's child! A Small child!!!
