“Tec was great. Problem was waiting long time to get appt after having parts ordered and delivered. They should bring parts to repair when they come for appt. Waiting 1 month without refrigerator under waranty is to long. Had to rent one and not covered under home waranty. Service was good but need to be able to fix first trip out. Took 3 Service trips and 2 parts ordered. Told me initially they would bring parts after giving them error code from refrigerator. They did not.”
