This FedEx location is shady. Half of my deliveries arrive fine and the driver takes pictures of my packages delivered. The other half are delivered elsewhere or not at all and don’t have pictures or are of the inside of their truck. After you submit a lost package ticket they always come back with an investigation that the package was delivered correctly. I would avoid FedEx in Kokomo at all costs

They have staff that threw my table an broke it I had to replace it and the same team threw it down again. Very frustrated with them as apparently they can not read nor have tools to properly do their job.

I had previously rated them very poorly because of an ongoing problem with the driver placing boxes on the narrow step in front of my door, essentially trapping me in my home. I called the customer service line multiple times, and even put up a sign, but it kept happening. There's no way to speak directly to this location by phone so I finally drove the 67 miles there. I spoke with a very kind employee who was appalled that this kept occurring. He assured me it would not happen again. It hasn't! It's been two weeks and my packages have all been placed somewhere that doesn't block the door. I don't think the drivers ever get to see the feedback from the central line - no matter what they tell you on the phone - because it only took one trip. I didn't have to make a fuss. I just calmly explained what was happening to the right person and it got fixed right away. I'm very happy.

Asked to have my package left multiple times with a signed letter. Finally they left a note on the door with a sign off spot and still didn’t leave the package. Now I have to drive 45 min to go pick my package up in person. Not impressed at all.

This place is cleaner than any other business,factory,or warehouse I have ever seen. Spotless and friendly. Oh and the paint job was exceptional.

These guys are awesome. The drivers are some of the best people you are going to find. FedEx corporate is a soul sucking, money grabbing, unfeeling machine that uses people, chews them up, and spits them out when there is no longer any blood to drain from them. They have a wonderfully exploitative business model. If you don't care about the human wreckage you leave behind you it's a great place to put your money.

They always deliver my packages to the wrong address. Have lost 2 so far. Package received today was delivered today was delivered elsewhere as well.

They have yet to deliver a package to my house! They either deliver to my neighbors back door with their dogs and they damage my packages. They also to their front door and/or to one of my other neighbors! THIS LAST TIME TRYING TO CALL THE 800 # CANT GET PAST THE STUPID COMPUTER TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON!!!! YOUR SERVICE STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN!!!!!!

My packages have been in the Kokomo facility for better than 2 days before being delivered (with guaranteed delivery which has always been late in the past) AND they're delivered by some of the sketchiest dudes I've seen. Neck tattoos, pants sagging, looking like they've been recently released from a corrections facility, on a meth bender for weeks but rolled into Kokomo (or live there) to throw some boxes around. It's pathetic. Have some standards. Look and be professional.

While delivering a package of mine, I watched the driver throw it across the truck and then kick it out of the truck. When I opened the box, one of the products were damaged. I called the store for a replacement, but FedEx said that the product was undeliverable and they wouldn't be able to give me any more information. I ended up contacting the store one last time and had them wrap the product extra well before sending it out. This time, the product wasn't damaged but the box had a dent in it!

One of the poorest shipping locations to deal with. Incapable of locating our house. They have now lost three separate packages of ours. One package was delivered to a dollergenral. Continuously dropping packages off at doors of closed businesses.

Package arrived damage on top of that it was taped over...can't prove it but someone destroyed my glass table my wife ordered for last weekend...more Headaches..
