I have been with this credit union for over 20 years. Their financial advisory is non exist and no real return on your savings accounts. I never see any diversity in their teller staff. Very disappointed. I will be looking for another financial provider VERY soon.

I'll be with this bank for years recently I have noticed every time I get a new phone I have to reset my password in order to read set my password I have to call and when I call nobody ever answers the phone I don't understand why that we can't do all this stuff online to reset our password this makes no sense this is a hassle to the customer.... Every time I call it goes to voicemail did it direct me to an operator and then it immediately goes to voicemail ain't nobody is responding to the voicemail..

They suck blocked my account for three days over the holidays for 30 00 dollars had nineteen hundred in there how that insufficient funds broke for the holidays because of them explain that to your kids they have no heart not the first time been banking there for over twenty years not any more you suck

I've built my credit up with their help Mark is Classmate from high school he's super nice guy will do the best he can to work with pray with you whatever ya need the lady at front desk puts up with me and still nice as can be very helpful and smart Rhonda is my neighbor her and her husband Kenny and Charlie are nice people if you want a financial institution that treats ya like family this is the place even if your temperamental like me just remember nobody's perfect people make mistakes don't get frustrated like I do they will take care of you

My husband and I did a personal loan 2 years ago, it's paid off now. We went to them to do the same loan. I won't name the loan officer, but she tried to control what we spent it on. Because we didn't want to include what she wanted, she wouldn't give us the loan. It was her way or no way. To me, you either do the loan or you don't, but how do you think it's okay to tell your costumers how to spend their money? We've banked with them for over a decade, after this situation, we want nothing to do with them and will take our business elsewhere.

The people are very nice and easy to get along with. The kasasa cash back is difficult to get lately because of "upgrades". My coworkers got paid Thursday because of the holiday but my check is pending until Monday. This pending is very normal for this bank however credit karma does not pend, gets there earlier and they have a drawing that gives back everything you spend on a transaction. The other day I spent 60 on gas and got it all back through their drawings.
