THE WORST! Had a lady CANCEL my account the same day my rent was due. The mobile app is AWFUL and constantly having problems that the workers don’t know how to fix. The front desk ladies kept me on hold as they lied about there manager being in a meeting and told me it would be HOURS before I could talk with her. I drove there just to find the manager in her office alone eating!! And there overdraft fees are $35 when you go negative in your account with also an additional $5 per day that your account is negative! Was with this bank for 7+ years and regret all of it. Julie is the only good part about this bank.

I’ve had an account with first farmers since I turned 17. Today I went to turn in 3 $1 bills that I only had about 60% of (because my dog had chewed on it)but I did have 1 cereal number. They told me they wouldn’t do it unless I had both full sides of the bill. I went to another bank and they told me that I only need 51% of the bill and 1 cereal number they gave me my new dollars and were very nice. I will be canceling my account with first farmers and getting a new account with this new bank.
