I had just bought my new car 2024 nissian kicks had 11 miles on it. I took my dad to dinner not ever 5 hrs later I was hit by a Amazon prime van. It did damage to my passenger side front and back door. I didn't know any shops up here but when I looked up and seen their reviews. I was like ok why not. The best decision I made. My car looks whole again, they did a damn good job on my car. I am so happy with what they done,the called me and texted me what they where doing and best part They stand behind their work. They have the best funny and nice ladies that work there. And oh I got my car a 5 days before they told me it was done. Thank you so much for doing a great job..

A deer hit my car and my insurance works directly with Gerber so I thought why not, less for me to worry about. They are very friendly and responsive. They say they update you every Tuesday and Thursday. Which was true since they had my car. The one thing I didn’t like is they have automated texts that go out that are complete opposite of what they tell you. I got text messages saying my car was on schedule to be finished at some future date. At the time my insurance company had not even determined if my car was fixable or totaled. Which unfortunately they did say it was a total loss 😭. The text messages can be misleading but I guess if that’s the worst thing they are doing pretty good!

I went to get a quote about my bumper that was kind of falling off due to my own issue of pulling too close to the curb while parking a time or two. (Oops!) This issue was more cosmetic than anything, and was not something that needed done ASAP. Trampus, gave me a quote.The next day, Gerber called me asking me when I would be able to come in and have my car looked at to have the bumper repaired. I told them they must be confused, because I was the single mom gal who needed to save up more before purchasing the new bumper. The receptionist told me that after speaking with me, Trampus, this kind hearted man, would like try and fix my bumper.I took my car in at the time we agreed upon, and Trampus had my bumper fixed the next day within hours. This man runs a solid business and is kindhearted. He is honest and trustworthy. The next time I have an issue with my car that needs a repair that Gerber can address, I will definitely be using Gerber Collision & Glass.This story reminded me that there are good people in the world that do wonderful things out of the goodness of their heart.Service: Body & Trim
