I needed kind of a fix. I’ve been growing out layers for months and I was looking shaggy and shabby. Lynn was very professional. She listened then talked me through her recommendations, which sounded great. Then she gave me not just a cut but a style I love! Thank you Lynn! I’ll be back.

Zero stars! My daughter had long hair that went down to the bottom of her low back. She went in for a TRIM only, maybe 2 inches she told and showed Harold. He butchered her hair so bad another employee had to help fix it. He seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. By the time they were done they had cut over 10 inches off! Her wedding is in 2 months. Needless to say she is devastated! They ruined her hair for the most important day of her life! Obviously she didn’t have to pay but that doesn’t make up for their terrible mistake.

I normally avoid getting my haircut because so many people have just messed up a simple cut. Kimberly and I discussed what I wanted and from there we were able to come up with a cut that worked better for me. I loved how she took the time to listen and then offer up suggestions that would better suit my hair and face. I will definitely be going back!

This was not a good experience for me. I wasted my money because the lady questioned my requests and didn't follow my instructions. I will have to get my hair cut again ASAP.

Got a terrible haircut. Asked for a bald fade half way up and the hair started about the quarters of the way up and was way too short on top. The fade was choppy and went over my part on both sides.

Store hours show close at 9pm on Google, I set up an appointment and head over there and wait In the parking lot until I get the "next in line" walk in and I'm told they are closed and the app is messed up. I can totally understand all that. However they lady that was working was rude about it and when I asked if there was a different salon still open I was completely ignored.
This has been my go to spot since moving to kokomo, I've always tipped $10-15 per hair cut. I won't go back now.

The Great Clips on US 931 (Reid Rd) Kokomo, IN is the worst! They don’t have ANY idea about customer service! The receptionist is extremely unwelcoming and gives you that feeling that they don’t want you as a client. The receptionist mumbles when she talks then she screams at you if you don’t understand her. She is clueless about diversity and gives a lousy rep to the business.
Great Clips at Meijer is WAY better, it’s like day and night compared to the one at Reid Rd.
