“Really solid choice in Kokomo. Good location in a quiet area and nice updates to this property combined with friendly and comfortable service and a great rate make this one of my favorites. I got upgraded to a suite without asking. The room was large and nicely appointed, granite counters, 2 TV's, good towels. Very clean property. It was a last minute stop and I got a rate of $76 w/tax from a 3rd party. Overall a great value.”

“I don't know who's trying to knock about this place but this is a wonderful place they do not have any cockroaches I don't they're talking about cuz I'm sitting here in a room when they not one cockroach them other people probably the ones that bring the cockroaches truth be known cuz cocoa won't go nasty so you know people want to say something about this this hotel but it's a wonderful hotel they've helped us and got us by and helped us get by so it's a wonderful place and thank you for having us”
“This is the only place I go to when I need a hotel. They are very kind and understanding people! The rooms are nice and clean and it's a really good price !”
“So we only needed a room for the night and it served it's purpose. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The overall hotel is old and out dated. The pool is closed, the hallways and entire building were chilly. Our room was warm but the TV was probably 20 years old and I would say that for what we paid it worked. There is absolutely no way I would use the place to take my family for a week or go on a business trip.”
