I suppose it's much like anything else these days, especially concerning service-driven enterprises. I've gotten better customer service from a public toilet at a gas station you wouldn't stop at unless you were about to wet yourself and there was literally nowhere else to go, and you had no changes of clothing with you.Edit: Hi, CH! Perhaps you could have representatives of KeyBank all agree to disseminate the same, correct, complete information when requested by clients, rather than make people jump through hoops and create redundancies which lack the common sense of an apple. If you honestly cared about the issues causing the low review, you'd be free to review the transcripts from the customer service calls and/or KeyBank chats (which you do record for "training" purposes, right ;) ), and give me a call using the phone number tied to my account. I dare ya!

I cant believe all the negative reviews! Not my exoerience at all! I have used Key Bank for many years without a problem. Great easy to use app. Customer service always top-notch. Wish there were more branches, they closed all others in town, however 1 of the bank officers took my transaction to the tellers who processed it b4 end of day & mailed receipt to me (was peak busy time). While they offer same services & # of locations as some other banks in town they do a much better job & retain their employees which is important.

I have had my money get stuck in the atm 2 times now over $1000 and instead of making it an importance to get you your money, they sit around and have you wait x amount of time to get your money you may need for bills/food/etc… if it’s your fault my money is pretty much held from me why am I being penalized by having to wait. Why is there no cash advance? Or staff on hand to fix the issue? KeyBank is the reason I don’t trust atm deposits anymore. The machines can jam at any moment. Don’t deposit any money you’ll need available right away. It’s not promised you’ll have it accessible after putting money in the machine

I find Key Bank extremely kind and helpful in every situation I have been in. Sometimes it takes time and patience to work out the problem but it has always been resolved to my satisfaction. Key Bank may be a big bank but it is like a small town banker to me. I am always greeted with a friendly smile each time I enter the building.

I love key bank why the low score? Btw, on unemployment benfits card you can withdraw 1500 at one time. Keep up Good work, as long as you ladies keep smiling we love ya.

Aside from a couple of individuals, most of the employees at KeyBank in Kokomo are extremely rude and not very helpful. I’ve never had issues with the people at KeyBank until recently.

Trying to help out my parents who are in their 80s and handicapped do their banking and also have an account there but I can’t do anything at this bank to help them unless I have an account there.

I am sadly leaving.Key Bank after banking there for 20+ years. This is due to a move to another state and not related to any negative experience there. I have received friendly, efficient service there the entire time I banked with them. Thank you Key Bank! I will miss the people there and I agree that Leslie does a great job. Again, thank you.

I have banked with almost every bank you can think of just to name a few solidarity, capital one, community first , harris, financial builders regions and even overseas banks and many more but out of all the banks I've been to I have never received customer service like I receive at key bank I would advise everyone to bank with them they have a manager named LESLIE who is very helpful , knowledgeable and professional she really will fix any issues you may have without excuses you will not be unsatisfied if you bank with themThank you LESLiE
