Had a hard time finding what we needed and then there was no self scanner to find the prices. When we finally located an employee he was extremely rude and stated "let me guess I bet you'll be taking the one that's on sale right???* and them awkwardly stood there giving us a look. There was no joke no smile on his face he just stared at us.

Took 2 months so far to try to get a return for an item that I never got and still have not been refunded. Then I tried calling and got a static phone call, I could not understand anything they were saying- partly bc the guy couldn’t speak English and partly bc their connection was so bad! After THIRTY minutes trying to get a refund- connection lost and I STILL HAVE NOT got a refund. They supposedly can’t refund at the local office and it can only be done by phone. I wish I had never gotten a kohls card from this company!

Be cautious of their 30%off coupons. It only works on very select items, certainly not on anything you want.

I enjoy shopping here but watch out for one of the male cashiers. As I was checking out, he began fondling one of my items and touching it weirdly. I had picked out a ring and closed the box before entering the checkout. Once I got to the checkout he opened the box and started touching the ring all over and it made me uncomfortable. Not only did he do this, but he began telling me random things and said he was going to make me get the rewards and I had to adamantly tell him no to get him to stop. The experience kinda felt violating. Just if you see an older male cashier with a walking device next to him, try to avoid him.

Took my grandson school shopping. I had a 30% off coupon. At checkout, I find out only one item QUALIFIED for the 30%. SERIOUSLY? Surely the cashier was joking, but to my surprise, she was not... Not the NIKE shoes qualified! Not the JOCKEY Underwear! Not the socks? I guess I don't need to shop Kohls anymore. I can shop anywhere now. Nothing drawing me to Kohls anymore. I believe I will close my credit card after 25 years. No need to be a dedicated shopper there. Signed, Really Disappointed! 😞

Kokomo Kohls is always clean, racks neat and makes shopping a pleasure. I especially loved how Courtney helped me with my final purchase.
