Got our food stamp card skimmed here and they don’t care and didn’t remove the skimmer. Makes me think it was them. Went hungry for a month and got that money two days ago and it was all stolen, unable to be reimbursed due to a “presidential order in dec 2024 that stolen SNAP money cannot be reimbursed.” Employees were rude about it. Don’t get scammed out your money.

I accidentally placed an order for pick up at this location that I had to cance. I called several times to pick up with no answer. I was looped back to customer service after five-seven minutes. Once I once connected to pick up, the lady who answered said okay and immediately disconnected the call. Was a very confusing and frustrating experience.

The place is poorly managed. The prices are outrageously high. Do yourself a favor, find another grocery store. Shop there and let this one shut down.

TERRIBLE Customer service. I placed a online order and when I picked it up the next day my order almost doubled. When I tried to get the difference refunded I was told to go through the app. Needless to say I RETURNED THE ENTIRE ORDER. I will be spending my money elsewhere

This is the third time I have placed an order the day before and had my order pushed back..I was supposed to be picked up 10-11. They called and said I couldn't pick it up until after 11...I guess if I lived in town it wouldn't matter..but I dont..I usually prefer kroger over meijer... but Meijer always has my order ready for the time I choose.

Kroger usually has what I'm looking for, their shows are usually stocked very well, and they tend to have decent sales on raw meat. My only complaint is they continue to expand the self-checkout.

I usually have a positive experience here. I enjoy their prices and deals. I think their clearance "woohoo" section is great. They have a decent produce selection for the size of the store. However, today, I got stuck at the self-checkout as apparently "help was on the way." I believe it was because I scanned some food too quickly. Regardless, I waited for an employee to come while I witnessed two teen employees playing around on their phones and smelling candles (presumably ones from the store?). It was annoying that I had to wait several minutes to receive help simply because workers weren't paying attention. Overall, I still like this store; I just wish the employees were a bit more responsible. I understand having fun on the job, but I hope they can pay closer attention in the future.

Like their weekly specials. The store is clean and the people are friendly. I hope that they keep having good sale items. Digital coupons are very nice also.
