Buyer beware!! This store offers a 48 hour return policy on broken refrigerators. After that you have to call the manufacturer and if they don't help you then you're on your own even if you notify Lowes that it's been 3 months without a refrigerator because the manufacturer isn't standing behind it. Almost 4 months without a refrigerator that went out less then a month after I bought it. The number they left in their response to my review is a joke. Automated and hard to deal with after 24 minutes on the phone lowes had no clue and nothing got accomplished 😑

Love my Lowe’s store! The employee was very informative and walked me through the process of ordering an out of stock item from the app. He was very patient with me and I really appreciated that. Will always go back to this store.

Lowes delivery people scratched my new floor and had a picture of me moving the freezer a little sideways and said I put those scratches that clearly went the opposite direction! Their delivery guy got photos of those long scratches and still denied the claim!!! Take before and after photos on ANY delivery and get pictures of them moving your product!!!

So, when I bought my house I bought all new appliances at Lowe’s. Spent thousands of dollars. When they moved the appliances in they scratched 3/5 of the appliances. Gave me a discount on 2 said they couldn’t give anymore off bc the fridge was the floor model. I was fine with that. Now all this time I thought this washer is too hard on clothes. For such an expensive washer it should not be tearing up my clothes. THEY INSTALLED THE WATER LINES BACKWARDS. So everything I thought I washed on cold ended up getting scorched! Ruined so many clothes including a personalized work jacket, that alone was a 70$ loss. Lowe’s was always our go to place but that was the final straw for me. I gave 2 stars bc the guy in the appliance section was very nice.
