What a joke. This Lowe's has recently removed all of their front check out lanes and replaced them with self check out lanes. I don't remember applying to be a cashier at Lowes and I definitely didn't get an employee discount. They keep raising prices and have continued to cut back on cashiers. I hope all of their employees make at least $25-$30 an hour. I'm sure the CEO is well compensated for making these cuts.

I was shopping for a toilet...not a fun thing, and I just loved the gal who helped me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, we laughed and it wasn't so painful, toilet shopping

The staff did not seem very informed to me..I was trying to use the remaining amount I had on a gift card..seemed like either system or the staff didn't know what to do..ill just keep going to Menards

I absolutely hate the way they force you to use their self-checkouts. Ill go to Menards as much as possible, just to avoid this garbage.

Employees were just awesome, my son and I had fifteen minutes before they were closing and the two guys helped us get our supplies and stuff to get it done with six minutes to spare. These were the most knowledgeable people that I had ever seen in the last few years in Kokomo' s Lowe's or Menards hands down.

Well I went in to this Lowe’s to get me some materials to finish my office in my house. I went to get a Lowe’s credit card to help me finish. So all went well I got the line of credit and stuff but never got sent an email of the temporary card. So I had help from three different associates at customer service. I’m bad at names but there was Kaylee that spent time on the phone with the Lowe’s card customer service people. So two rounds of phone calls I go and get the stuff I need. Go to the checkout at building materials. The cashier was a little confused of my unconventional issue so I go back to self checkout. Got helped again since I tried to checkout again. At the end and another call with the Lowe’s card call line the supervisor of customer service saved the day at the end. Turned an annoying situation into me heading home to finish my office. Y’all got a lot of good folks working for you, I’m definitely coming back again with the level of customer service I got. Y’all made a customer for life. But I’ll just wait a few days for my card to show up. Good job customer service for letting me finish my office and the other two cashiers that went out of their way to help me.

Needs to have people in each department that can be found to help the customers like Menards and Home Depot. They actually save me a lot of time when I need to find things. I do appreciate the Veterans discount, thank you!! Happy 2024!!

Don’t buy appliances at Lowe’s. I always liked Lowe’s delivery because it would be Lowe’s employees. Not anymore everything comes from Indy and it’s delivered by a outsource company. Bought a washer and dryer and the dryer had a huge dent and they covered it up with the energy saver sticker. Went to Lowe’s schedule a day to replace the dryer and they showed up to take the old dryer but did not bring the new one. This outsource company is a joke.
